Penny Adams and Rosie Barbara are the dynamic duo that founded Counsellors Community Australia, together bringing over 30 years of counselling experience and a passion for creating a supportive and empowering community for Australian counsellors to connect, learn, and grow together.
Penny a seasoned counsellor, supervisor, trainer and author is dedicated to providing accessible and ethical services. She is passionate about supporting counsellors at every stage of their career to grow with confidence and integrity, while Rosie, a clinical counsellor and supervisor, specialises in adolescent counselling with a passion for helping others thrive. She is deeply committed to supporting the growth and development of others, championing professional development and career progression.
Together, they envisioned and created Counsellors Community Australia in 2022, as a thriving hub for professional growth and connection.

- Where is the Counsellors Community Australia Summit being held?
The Summit is being held online virtually via Zoom Meetings. Instructions on how to join will be provided to you once you register. Please ensure you are in a private and noise free environment.

- Is the Zoom virtual event interactive? E.g. can we use the chat come on camera or audio?
Yes the Summit is being held in a Zoom meeting (not webinar) so the chat will be enabled and attendees have the ability to turn on their camera and unmute themselves. However we will be moderating the chat and will be keeping everyone on mute until asked to interact for quality of recording.

- What is the main difference between the General Pass and All Access Pass?
The General Ticket allows you to watch the replays and complete your assessment for 24 hours AFTER the summit has finished, after that you will loose access. The All Access Pass gives you 6 months access to the recordings and ability to complete the assessment quiz. You also get access to 6 BONUSES and the ability to listen to the presentations in audio only (great for the car).

Each presentation has it's own quiz/certificate. Attendees will be provided with access to complete an online assessment quiz (required by ACA), via the platform where the replays will be hosted.

Yes! Once the Facebook Group opens 5 days before the event an upgrade link will be provided - great if you realise you won't get to attend all the sessions or have to catch up in 24 hours! This offer will be available until the close of the summit. Also definitely don't want to miss out on all the fantastic bonuses.

- What is your refund policy? Can I cancel a payment plan?
Refunds: We don't offer a refund for change of mind. If for some extenuating circumstances we cancel the Summit - all monies will be refunded. If you can't attend live due to sudden circumstances you can watch the replays and/or upgrade to the All Access Pass option.
Payment Plans: if you chose a 'pay in 3' or 'pay in 4' option then you cannot cancel these. You have agreed to a binding financial contract for that amount. If payments fail or are declined we will follow up individually with each person who has an outstanding amount.
